Kitchen Production Assistant

Part time assistant needed for Good Day Granola. Duties include chopping nuts, weighing ingredients, mixing batches, packaging/sealing bags and general clean up.

• Approximately 10 hours per month (January-February might be less hours)

• Every other Thursday 10am-3pm

• $80 per session , 4.5-5 hrs each session, 30-minute break, plus 1 free bag of granola!

Required:

• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs

• Prior experience working in a commissary kitchen

• Able to follow a recipe

• Able to weigh ingredients precise on scale in grams, ounces, pounds

• Must be on time (We’re baking in a shared commissary kitchen with a tight schedule)

• Food handlers card
